I tried digging around in the files and I couldn't figure out why :/
i could try and help more if this advice did not help.
No, so I was on singleplayer and i gave myself 999 levels to mess around with them lol (although maybe you need exactly the right about of levels...)
That could be the problem, I'll try and disable all the other packs in the world. (I'll get back to you once i've done this)
So basically it was on my end, there was another datapack on my world that had the same function name as one of yours!
