    The plants do not appear in the creative menu. It is a datapack. not a mod. You can wait for the sniffer to give you all the plants or you can use a specific command that gives you all the plants

    i dont get it when i click on the datapack download it just downloads the resource pack? it looks nice tho

    It happens that in CurseForge the Datapacks section is inside the resource pack, there is no different category, but don`t worry, that`s the datapack, if it says KiwiArg uploaded it, it`s a datapack, if it says Torrezx uploaded it, it`s a resource pack
