water staffs aoe is now a projectile
fixed fire staff ark
increased range on fire and water staff from 20 to 30 blocks
made it so that if 2 fire beams or water beam hit the active and die

i just hopes he optimizes it better. he has all the commands used executing every time in one function rather than using separate functions and executing them when needed.
