My Beacon Armour post just recently got downloaded off of Planet Minecraft for the 200th time, and in celebration, I made these!
The Magik Carpets datapack makes carpets more of a usefull feature than a decorative, each carpet gives the player a different effect for 10 seconds when stepped on, so would be a great addition if you are wishing to make a Parkour map but have no clue how to do commands!
the effects are as follows:
White -> Regeneration
Light Grey -> Invisibility
Grey -> Poison
Black -> Wither
Brown -> Slowness
Red -> Strength
Orange -> Fire Resistance
Yellow -> Absorption
Lime -> Jump Boost
Green -> Weakness
Cyan -> Dolphins Grace
Blue -> Water Breathing
Light Blue -> Speed
Pink -> Health Boost
Magenta -> Levitation (Literally a flying carpet)
Purple -> Resistance
if you wish, you could create a resource pack that changes the texture of the carpets to make them more closely relate to what they do, and if you do make a pack, please tell and show me (There are some brilliant minds here and I really can't wait to see what people come up with)
and the Datapack is very easy to configure, simply go to the file called Magik (Hidden deep within the folder called Carpets) and change the potion effect and duration however you please!
