I made a system which lets you make your own custom mobs with no coding/command experience needed.
The system is currently split between 2 Phases:
The design phase lets you make the model out of blocks and item displays, which you can stretch, move and rotate however you please in order to make the perfect mob design, just find the block in the creative menu and drop it on the floor to start.
^If you want custom textures, you'll need to make a resource pack and retexture the blocks,
(I'd recommend using blocks like command blocks & structure blocks if you do that, since you can't find those naturally in a world anyway.)
The Second Phase is for behaviour, letting you choose custom health, gravity, death loot and between 4 different attack options and 7 different movement presets.
Future features if I ever feel like updating this again could include:
Custom Keyframed Animations
Different movement options based for if they're in water.
Responses to being hit (ie: start attacking, run away etc.)

Have something to say?
1.20.1?
They changed like the entire format for entity data, which this datapack kind of revolves around.
I haven't tested it, but I'd imagine not, maybe i'll update it one day but that sounds like more work than it's worth.
