Step on a randomly selected block in a certain time limit, otherwise you are eliminated. The last survivor is the winner. This well-known minigame Block Shuffle is enriched in our design with many original improvements, such as special abilities and extra lifes.
At the beggining of the round every player gets one random block which he must find and which he has to step on in a certain time limit. If he doesn't make it, he'll lose one extra life. In case of failing his task at the moment he has no other extra lives, he is eliminated from the game. The one who stay in the game the longest wins. In order that players won't be eliminated in first rounds due to difficult blocks like something from the Nether, function of Block ranking, which splits all blocks in 3 categories depending on their difficulty and which disables a possibility of choosing them until some higher rounds, is available there. Another special game mechanism are Abilities, which can be found at the beggining of some rounds near the middle (the place where the game started). With these abilities you can for example freeze the time, swap your target block with someone else or instantly teleport yourself in the Nether. Game is fully adjustable in the lobby so it's possible to change almost every game mechanism including the count of extra lives or the ability spawn chance. Team mode is also available there. The whole game take place in the common opened world which you generate on your own. Then it's only needed to activate the datapack in it and with just one click start the game.
How to start the game:
- To start the game, enable this datapack directly in the world where you will play, or execute command /reload - Datapack will tell you how to start the game
- You can also try typing command /function bs:generate
Datapack didn't work:
- Make sure that when you open the datapack folder there is only file pack.mcmeta, file pack.png and folder data.
- There must be only 1 folder matmaps_block_shuffle-1.19... in the .zip archive
- Try to look at our tutorials: http://matmaps.wz.cz/tutorials-en.html
