It won't work in 1.17 because you use /replaceitem but in 1.17 the command changed to just /item.

looks nice but here are some suggestions:

1) make it cost more, its really op for just some buckets, a feather and cobblestone
2) make the fireball automatically move in the direction you are looking (so it just shoots the fireball and you dont have to left click) you can do this with some motion and scoreboard tricks
3) make the lava only appear where there is an air block to avoid making blocks instantly disappear because of it
4) make the lava disappear after a while using an armor stand or area effect cloud and schedule it to clear the lava
5) make the walk on air thing not place cobblestone underneath you and instead place barrier blocks that disappear after a while
6) same thing with the one block wall but instead use bedrock and make it disappear after a while, again, do this only if there is air
7) same thing with earth prison
8) make the water disappear after a while
9) holy shit the water beam is the most OP and broken thing ever, pls either remove it or rework it to make it balanced
10) bigger hydro beam, like if the normal one wasnt broken already, i just suggest removing this one
11) last of all, make it so its just one item and putting it in the offhand cycles through all of the different elements
