The order of things that will happen:
Chunks of the sun will start falling. (This couldn't be possible to happen in real life because it takes 8 minutes for LIGHT to hit the earth let alone a freaking sun chunk.)
The light goes out.
-8 minutes
The gravity is lighter because the earth got flung out of orbit.
-10 minutes
The water freezes.
-13 minutes
All earth life dies. (Except you of course, that wouldn't make a very good datapack)
-15 minutes
All trees die. (Except acacia, idk why)
-21 minutes
The end.
-90 minutes
