Try it in 1.17 or 1.16.5 because it worked then.

you cant actually beat this world in survival legit cuz lava spawning in the overworld is disabled and so is ore spawning.. if you can fix these issues then please let me know!

true, but you can get blaze rods and ender pearls from op drops so...
