The datapack have a "classic mode" and a "speed up mode". If you're looking for the adventure, but find mining very long, you can use the speed up mode that will increase 2x the normal mining speed. You can activate the modes using the message that pops when the datapack is installed. If you want to access them later, type /function tools:load to see the message again.
