Sorry for answering late I had to do some projects, So the data pack works by showing a mob Health bar using /boss bar command, but it measures and allocated the health of the mob causing it to show on the boss bar as a health bar, Also it shows in a green boss bar the loot drops that possibly could b dropped from the mob when slaughtered.
