this pack adds random rarities to mobs
you can change what mobs are allowed to be given a rarity in the essentials>tags>targets.jason file
i'm still tweaking this to make the rarities be more .... well, rare (any suggestions are welcome
function essentials:untag will remove the rarities from every mob in a world to start fresh ( their rarity name will remain as will the loot table i'm working on that still)
every five minutes the pack will run the function to give a random number of mobs a tag to make them rare
