Hi! This is my first ever datapack and I at least hope someone likes it. This datapack is made to bring back the old fishing system before 1.16 where they have nerfed the fishing a bit. Old afk-fishing farms should work with this datapack installed and the fishing system overall re-adds the function so you don't need to be in "open water" to get treasure loot.
