Not sure if its broken or not, but the message will only display to for the person that is going to a new dimension and no other players are able to see the message. Kind of defeats the purpose then.

Nvm I went and fixed it myself, changed three middle tellraw @s to tellraw@a. Works great now thank you!

So sorry for this, already fixed it. I lazily recreated the data pack from scratch to work with custom dimensions in the new versions, because i tested in single player i forgot that it needed to send the message to all players .
