To craft it:-

-An Enchanted Book of Projectile Protection(any lvl)

-20 Redstone Dust

-20 Prismarine Crystals

-Black Dye



Throw it on the ground to Craft a Projectile Disruptor.

It can disrupt projectiles for up to 25sec



However it's cooldown is up to 40sec
