Remote Security Camera for Minecraft 1.20+

With this data pack you can add security cameras to your Minecraft world. They can be accessed remotely using a remote item that is generated with each camera placement. Each camera can be controlled through camera commands which can change the camera angle, toggle night vision, and detect motion and/or defend against hostile mobs.

Here are the steps to install the data pack and the required resource pack (contained in the MLCamera.zip file download):
Step 1: Unzip the MLCamera.zip file in your downloads folder.
Step 2: Place the ml_cam folder into your Minecraft world datapacks folder.
Step 3: Place the resources.zip file into the main directory of your Minecraft world.
Step 4: Play your Minecraft world and run this command in the chat to receive a camera item:
/function ml_cam:camera
Step 5: Place the camera object in a desired location.
Step 6: Select the Remote item you received and right-click it to connect to the camera feed from any location.

When viewing a camera feed, you can type this command in the chat to get a list of camera commands:
/trigger cam_commands
Here are the possible commands for a camera:

Toggle Camera Angle: Switches the camera angle to whatever's next in the list for that camera (depends on cam placement).
Toggle Night Vision: Turns on/off the camera's night vision.
Toggle Motion Detection Alerts: Turns on/off the alert that pops up in the chat when motion is detected for that camera.
Toggle Motion Defense: Turns on/off the camera's defense mechanism that targets nearby mobs when motion is detected.
Manual Controls: 4 manual controls (left, up, down, right) to shift the camera angle manually.

Important:
Has not been tested in multiplayer.
Your Minecraft world must NOT be on peaceful in order to summon the camera entity.
Cheats must be on for your world in order to get the camera item.
Remote items can be renamed on an anvil to keep track of which camera they control.
The data pack sets the gamerule sendCommandFeedback to false to avoid cluttering the chat window when using camera commands.
The camera entity does tend to block doorways if placed just above a door.
The camera item is a warped button and its block placement is limited to the normal button placement.
If using in Adventure mode, you will have to alter the camera item (found in the data pack file ml_cam/data/ml_cam/functions/logic/item/camera.mcfunction line 2), adding the tag CanPlaceOn with custom values to control which blocks a camera can be placed on.
