Scrap/Recycle various items for resources

This is a datapack that I use on my friends server so that you can recoup resources from items that you normally can't smelt to get back. Also it scraps larger items for better rewards, IE: you get gold_ingots from gold armour instead of a single gold_nugger. It's not as much as was created, the logic is that some is lost in the process.

IT WORKS WITH ALMOST EVERY OTHER DATAPACK!

The important recycle in this datapack are the diamond tool/weapon/gear recycle where you can get back a diamond from those useless diamond items that have curses, or you find in the end that you will never use. Also buying diamond items off villagers now becomes profitable.

It is somewhat balanced so it's not overkill, but it definitely makes diamonds no longer a finite resource, which can be a good/bad thing on a multiplayer server.

Other cool recipes:
Arrows -> Flint
Spider Eyes -> rotten flesh (for sell at cleric villagers)
flint&steel -> iron ingot
Leather armour -> leather pieces
Bow/crossbow -> string (making skelly farms more viable)
3xstring -> cobweb (in case you forgot your shears in the mines)
Chainmail -> chains
Fishing Rod -> string (afk fishing farms, disenchant rods and get string you can sell to vendors)
Saddles/horse armour -> break down to useable resources
Shears/Shield -> get your iron back
Stone tools -> get cobblestone back
Wood tools -> get oak planks back (honestly, this one should be a stick... lol)
