This is a very simple and easy Timer my brother and I made on the fly, in the matter of a few hours. We just messed around with some code and commands and came up with this, it is nothing special, but it works quite well. So, if you are interrested, maybe just give it a try. Yea this one doesn't work in 1.19.

I can see the d h m s -text but there is no numbers.

Running together with BlazeandCave's achievements and AntrolGaming Day Counter

Very cool i dont know how it works, but i hope you do it in more Versions. I play Version 1.18.2: It doesn´t work. But i think it still works in Version 1.13.

Yeah, I just did it to play around with data-packs, i didn't anticipate for iit to be this popular. But now there is defenitly a motivation to do it in different versions.
