currently adds in 1 {very large) overworld structure type to the game, (copper) Superstructures.
currently the normal variant will spawn in all rainy biomes (including stony peaks this time around and still excludes oceans), the snowy variant can spawn in all snowy biomes, the arid version can spawn in any biomes that don't rain or snow, and the deep dark one spawns where the wardens at.
the ones in the deep dark are in beta (still) along with the ocean structures, but the structure everywhere else is 'first release' complete.
the surface structures have their own loot tables, and the deep dark has ancient city loot.
there are more variants of the superstructures (flooded, and the full deep dark structure), and more giant structures, are to come.
also play Rain World.

Have something to say?
2 questions
1) does this work in 1.21.4
2) how doe those spawn,i mean how common are those
2:
short answer: roughly uncommon.
longer answer: as the structure set for all the non-deepdark ones chare a structure is set up for the placements:
"
"placement": { "type": "minecraft:random_spread", "salt": 327463, "separation": 15, "spacing": 55, "spread_type": "linear" }
"if you only have vanilla biomes, at least every 15 chunks from each other, and at most 55 chunks away from each other. in a modded setting (ive played with biomes oh plenty) it will be rarer as they don't spawn in modded biomes.
