Tame the Ocelot! (1.19)
This pack adds the feature to tame ocelots like pre-1.14 Java Edition! When tamed using fish, the ocelot will transform into a tamed cat of random variant.

- Fixed bug where cat would sometimes not be tamed
- Made baby ocelot turn into baby cat when tamed
- Made ocelot not tamed when shifting, allowing you to breed ocelots or just feed them fish
- Other minor changes

The only problem is that the player can no longer breed ocelots. Maybe a way of fixing it is to give the advancement only if the player is sneaking.
Also, when an advancement is rewarded with a function, the function is ran as and at the player so there is no need to do execute at @s ... .What you can do to avoid multiple entity search is :
in the advancement function :
And if I remember well, the ocelot would eat lot of fish before turning into a cat so you can add a random chance in your advancement.execute as @e[type=ocelot,sort=nearest,limit=1] at @s run function:ocelot
advancement revoke @s advancement name
data modify entity @e[type=cat,tag=newCat,sort=nearest,limit=1] Owner.UUID set from entity @s UUID
tag @e[type=cat,tag=newCat,sort=nearest,limit=1] remove newCat
in the ocelot function :
summon cat ~ ~ ~ {Tags:[newCat]}
tp @s ~ ~-1000 ~
