Teleports
This is a module for Commands Core that provides teleporting capabilities to other data packs from this same series using scoreboards. The code itself is based on this reddit post with some changes to support inter-dimensional teleportation and to teleport to negative values in the Y axis.

There was a bug that caused every player on servers to teleport when function:tp/do_teleport gets executed by any other function. I think is fixed. If this is still happening let me know.
