    This Datapack adds 7 new tools to the game, called hammers, that can mine a 3x3 area of stone-like block, without breaking the game and be as vanilla-friendly as possible.

    • Wooden Hammer
      8       Attack Damage
      0.5 Attack Speed
    • Stone Hammer
      9       Attack Damage
      0.5 Attack Speed
    • Iron Hammer
      9.5 Attack Damage
      0.6 Attack Speed
    • Golden Hammer
      8       Attack Damage
      0.7 Attack Speed
    • Diamond Hammer
      10       Attack Damage
      0.7 Attack Speed
    • Netherite Hammer
      11       Attack Damage
      0.7 Attack Speed
    • Ancient Builders Hammer
      11       Attack Damage
      0.7 Attack Speed
      50% Random Exp Drop when a block is mined

    • Every Hammer can break a 3x3 area of stone-like blocks.
    • The Ancient Builders Hammer have 50% probability to be found in the Jungle Pyramid chest.
    • Some Hammers have special particles when a block is mined

    this datapack has been amazing for my survival world, but I wish it would work when mining up and down. Is there a way I could make it do that? I've been trying to make my own function for it, but I don't know really anything about making/editing datapacks

    edit: I've got the code to break break the blocks, but I have no idea how I write the function to trigger it when looking up or down

    Am i confused, or does the stone hammer recipe override the stone pickaxe one?
    Im pretty sure deepslate is part of the stone craftable tag, no?

    the deepslate hammer use the normal deepslate, the stone pickaxe use the cobbled deepslate
