There's a Discord for Terralith and other Stardust Labs projects!

This is the 1.17 version of Terralith. Check out Terralith 2.0 if you want the improved 1.18 version!

Terralith Legacy adds over 50 brand-new biomes, as well as updating almost every vanilla biome with new and improved features. It also includes the most advanced biome layout ever created for a worldgen datapack, complete with rivers, beaches and rare island biomes to find.

Terralith's underground is a place with as much variation as the overworld above - there are new types of cave shapes, new cave biomes, and even caves made completely of the alternative stone types. Terralith uses 1.17's experimental extended world height, however, so you'll need to create a new world if you want to use the pack.

I've crafted a world designed for explorers, builders, miners, and everyone in between. There's something for everyone -- If you like to build in realistic biomes, check out Yellowstone or Monument Valley. If you're a fan of fantasy, we've got Moonlight Grove and Mirage Isles. And, of course, if you miss the good old days, you can seek out the elusive Alpha Islands.

Finally, there is one new structure added in this pack, a Fortified Village that spawns in the plains group biomes.

this is Cool! thank you guys preserving the Most Breaktrough World gen datapacks than allow us experienced Cave and Cliffs updates in its true form before Part 2 came out back then

Help! When I try to use the datapack with other datapacks, I spawn in a pitch-black place and I keep getting higher and higher.

Yooo this is the legendary TERALITH! This is amazing! but what my problem is that it's ore generation, I mean the caves are great and all but the ores are lacking, they were already pretty rare in 1.17 but it got even rarer -_-.
But overall it's a great pack!

standalone this is cool, but there are some other compatible packs, if ur making a server to play with friends, try it with better biomes and dungeons now loading

Gotta say, I've been using this for quite some time off of curseforge. This is an amazing mod. If you update Terralith more often on here than on curseforge then I'll definitely just use this datapack version vs the curseforge one
