[What each sheep does]
Blood:
replaces most overworld blocks with red blocks,
and summons a "Blood Cube(magma cube)"
and "Witch of the Blood Pack(witch)" mini bosses.
Decaying:
replaces most overworld blocks with purple blocks,
and summons "The Decay(endermite)" and
"Deranged Necromancer(evoker)" mini bosses.
Toxic:
replaces most overworld blocks with green blocks,
and summons a "Black Widow(cave spider)" and
"Gelatinous Cube(slime)" mini bosses.
Fairytale:
replaces most overworld blocks with pink blocks,
and summons a "Cute Rabbit(killer bunny)" and
"Headless Jack(Skeleton)" mini bosses.
Crystal:
replaces most overworld blocks with light blue blocks,
and summons a "Crystal Illusion(illusioner)" and
"Ghost of Mirrors(ghast)" mini bosses.
Gold:
replaces most overworld blocks with yellow blocks,
and summons a "Treasure Mimic(baby zombie)" and
"Gold Forge Sprite(blaze)" mini bosses.
Mech:
replaces most overworld blocks with gray blocks,

All have buffs added to make them resist damage, hit harder, and move faster.
It is advised to prepare before you fight them.
Additional NOTE:
It's pretty fun having all 8 sheep together in a pen,
if only to have a mini boss battle with 16 mini bosses every 2 minutes.

But, you can always rename the sheep, get rid of them, or uninstall the pack to stop the blocks from
changing.
I think a little inspiration came from Terraria. Where I wanted to see how the Crimson, Corruption, and Hollow would look in Minecraft. Years ago, I actually came up with the sheep idea then with command blocks. There were mods out for something like that, but. I wanted something that was "made" in Minecraft, and did not require me to roll back to an older version of the game.
But, now. It's totally do-able with data packs(and is less lag inducing with the use of schedules executing the commands every 5 seconds instead of every tick).
