Yes, this is a jojo's reference. Adds an item that allows you to stop time(does not effect projectiles for some reason).
While time is stopped, the user is invisible and invincible. No other mob can see, move, jump, attack, or break blocks. Costs 5 xp to stop time for 10 seconds.
