I took the idea from Shadowbrine15
Its my first datapack so sorry if there a problem in it.
And its also my first code ever.
If your inventory full the code maybe glitch bec it should see at least 2 slots empty one of the the item that you took(String,Feather...etc.) and the other one should be the item you get(Bow,sword...etc.).
Any you craft it will be a netherite enchanted with 100 lvl enchantments.
The armor you can do it from iron armors or leather whatever you want.
You can get other stuff like;
Apple=Enchanted Golden Apple
String=Bow
Feather=Arrows
Dandelion Flower=Elytra
Gunpowder=Fireworks
...
