Please first install the datapack, and make sure to run /function upen:msg if you haven't received a message when loading it for the first time.
An addon that adds special Upgrade Runes that bypass the max level limit even if its disabled in the settings can be downloaded from the resource pack link
HOW TO USE:
Upgrade Runes can be found in chests inside the Ancient City structure so gear up and get ready for an adventure!
Once you obtain a Upgrade Runes, you can throw it alongside the item you want to upgrade on top on an Enchanting Table! This will upgrade all of the enchantments on the item by one level.
So if you use the Upgrade Rune with a sword that has Sharpness II and Unbreaking I, the item you'll get will have Sharpness III and Unbreaking II.
