This pack don't include any music. You should add it by yourself!
You can play your added music by WokeMan player (crafting recipe on third image).
Should works in multiplayer without admin rights.
You can add up to 45 tracks.
How to add music:
Video guide: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nS3GtAJkzzU
(You better both watch video and read this instruction to understand well)
1) Install datapack and resourcepack
2) Open resourcepack folder
3) Go to assets - wm - lang and open en_us.json using any text editor
4) Then go to assets - wm - sounds - player (will need it later)
5) Convert your music to OGG using any converter (this is fine https://online-audio-converter.com)
Make sure converted file is stereo (two channels), not mono (one channel)
6) Add converted files to assets - wm - sounds - player folder
7) Now you need just rename music files to 1, 2, 3 etc. and write appropriate track name in en_us.json file you open earlier.
You can write any track name in en_us.json or even do nothing with it. Don't forget to save en_us.json file.
8) Open minecraft world and enjoy or reload resource pack using F3+T if you in the world already.

Second, if anyone is confused as to why everything seems to be working but they can't hear the music that should be playing, it seems that this datapack uses the voice/speech volume slider. I was very confused for a while but thankfully figured it out, and thought I should leave a comment here for anyone else who might be confused like I was at first. XD
Seriously though, thank you for sharing this with us, it's a very nice addition to the game and sometimes I prefer to use datapacks over mods for some things like this. ^^
