Zingle's Modern Interiors is a furniture data pack that aims to improve data pack realism and lower performance cost by unloading far away furniture entities to improve users' frame rates and to lower server lag.
To begin, simply install the datapack in your /world/datapacks/ folder. In game, you will be able to craft furniture in a vanilla crafting table. If your output is a knowledge book, then you've crafted a furniture item! Furniture can be placed and rotated easily using the spawnegg that the player will recieve, but to remove you may need a "ZMI" armor stand. Either name an armor stand "ZMI" in an anvil, or put an armor stand in a crafting table to get a named one.
Current Performance Deficit: ~+1ms/t (no furniture loaded) / ~+3ms/t (furniture loaded) ±1ms/t during normal operation

ZMI has been nearly completely rewritten!
- Optimizations galore!
- Switched to custom namespaces for every addon pack. ZMI vanilla is no longer required for a ZMI pack to work.
- Created new functions for every model and variant, in order to lower data accesses.
- Created new functions for every zmi:render and zmi:crafts subfunction
- name=ZMIRenderer and name=ZMIRender -> tag=ZMI.renderer and tag=ZMI.render . CustomNames can be used for vanity and such now.
- Removed all Custom## functions, so you can now use any amount of addons. Spawneggs now have 32767 placeholder functions you can register
- /data/zmi.spawneggs/functions/0.mcfunction : "function zmi.furniture:spawneggs" one line is all that's needed.
- Added back zmi.furniture:spawneggs/<Model> functions in order to merge changes to spawneggs
- Switched from names to tags for spawning bats
- Removed furniture list from zmi:help - commented out, may be coming back at some point :)
- Created ZMI_extra to allow users to set permissions.
- Fixed z-fighting in the chair without back.
- Updated random functions - now faster! This is due to old random techniques using names instead of tags, as well as a timing error causing potential issues.
