Hannah awoke afraid. "Arr! Where am I? Some land-lubbin' shack?" Hannah then retraced her steps and remembered where she was and why. "Aye, it's time to race!"

Ziggi shooed his parents off to bed. He sat down on the couch and, in minutes, was fast asleep.

"Sure, the docks aren't too far either, should get there in about five minutes if we take a taxi or something. Though I only know one taxi that drives around these parts. That's fine, I know him well enough."

"Alright! We leave first thing in the mornin'" Zig said.

Ziggi gasped and looked to his parents. They nodded and smiled. Zig turned back to Hannah, "I'll go. I think youll be able to manage without me ma, pa?" they nodded again.

"Oh it's fine! Ziggi always invites random people in here. Its almost like a foster home here only people just pop in, and pop out as fast as they had come... That's life in the slums..." his dad chimed in.

Ziggi laughed and just as he did his mother and father walked in. His father was American and his mother was British. They walked In and took a plate of food. They sat on the couch and motioned to Hannah, "Who is this fine young woman?" his dad said in a slightly aged voice, "You finally got a girlfriend Zig?" he laughed and shortly after, began to caugh. His mother whacked him on the shoulder, "Quiet you! Don't embarrass him In front of his new friend!" Ziggi chuckled at his parents and said, " No, no, she just needs a place to stay for the night, I'm taking her to the docks in the morning."

Ziggi raised an eyebrow he tried to change the subject, "You can have my room up in the attic, I don't use it much. Usually I just crash on the couch right here. If you were looking to have a nice shower, sorry. We don't have plummbing down here... All set? Ill take your dish." he accidentally extended his arm without the hand. He grew red in the face and extended his other arm.

"Actually, I baught this and cooked it myself, thanks very much." Ziggi took a bite of the delicious fish and swallowed. He took the plate in his one hand and set it down. He extended his hand and said, "I'm Ziggi, nice to meet ya."

'Bubonic Steam' was slacking off. Being lazy, and playing with his rats.

"Here," Zig tossed her a brown paper bag and set a plate of hot food on the scratched coffee table in front of her. "I guess you can stay here for the night. It is too late to go outside right now. In these parts of town, ya leave your house and you have a bullet through your head straight away." Ziggi's slightly English accent showing through.

"I know where the docks are, but sadly I do not know your captain... Follow me! First I have to go home and cook some dinner. You're welcome there as well." Ziggi walked toward his small, squat house, wedged in between two others.

" I'd be happy to show you." Zig smiled.

Ziggi, being in the slums, was well familiar with pick pockets. He also knew how to fight. He didn't want any trouble so he just said nicely, "Excuse me maim' but I think you may have my hard earned cash there. I don't want any trouble but if you resist, I'll have to resort to more... Unpleasant measures..."

Hannah Kinglow, following Jason Wilker around as usual, she noticed they turned to a different path than the usual roads they take to the market. "Where exactly are we going?" "Oh, a man offered triple the price they pay at the shop for this loot." as Hannah attempted to do the math on how much money they'd get, she lost Jason once she gave up trying to add 2 plus 2. "Jason? Jasooooooooonnnnnn? Where are you? Where-where am I?" As Hannah stumbled around trying to make sense of her surroundings she bumped into a well-dressed man with the distinctive sound of coins in his pocket. Hannah, the trained pirate/thief easily snuck past with the mans money. Deciding he was too stupid to notice, she didn't run away.

Ziggi began to walk home. He had a wad of cash in his hands for today was his favorite day. Payday. He walked from the higher, wealthier part of town, to the slums. He was wearing his typical work outfit, a black vest, shiny black shoes, and a small briefcase. He looked out of place, yet almost everyone waved to him and shouted his name.

steambot is wandering in his regular mehca armor and toiling with his functions when he finds out something amazing something he never thought about something his father never told him... he himself was half human. he had only his brain but found out that his father had made a clone of himself like a test tube child but when he came out he was dying so his father thought quickly and built him the mehca suit. he also found out that he had a cloaking device that could change his appearance to what he should have looked like this would help knowing of all the anti mehca bigots. he activates it and sees that he looks human he finally understands why he can feel human emotion he even learns that if he could find the correct machinery he could turn himself into a full human because he had the brain he good grow regular appendages and even eventually have children. but he would be able to have children because he carry's all the genetic material needed to make the appendages in his mind like blueprints almost he himself now had a true quest to become human.
