Realizing that she really had no other choice but to survive, she shook the thoughts of being alone and kept walking.

She had walked a good mile now. Her problem wasn't her minor injuries or dehydration, but the shock she was in from the thought of being alone. She was a skilled combatant, and was trained by her father of how to hunt and fight, but the woods seemed endless. After what seemed like an hour, she started to think that there weren't even any animals in the endless woods. That thought quickly passed her semi-conscious mind when she saw what seemed to be like a werewolf.

Shocked once again from the immense size of the feral beast she fell back and on the ground as she tripped over a log. In a panic, she picked up a fairly sharp stick, and attempted to stab the feral beast, to no avail. The stick broke on the skin of the beast. Adrenaline started to kick in, and in an instance she had regained full consciousness, got up from the ground, and started to run away from the beast.

The wolf was on her heels and in about seconds jumped and tackled her down. It was on, the wolf tried to bite her, desperately lunging for her neck to end the struggle quickly, but Penny wouldn't let it. Hands bleeding from holding back the wolfs fangs, and a large weight on her body, Penny pushed the wolf to give her self room to kick it off of her body. She then got a nearby fair size rock and banged it on the head of the feral beast. After hitting the now semi-conscious feral beast off her body, She started to run away. Penny had ran a fair distance away, so she slowed down to rip part of her shirt off so she could wrap her bleeding hands. She thought she was safe, but when she ran onto a dead end of a cliff she didn't know what to do.

She was thinking, and started to go back, but was scared of the possibility of the wolf being alive. She walked back, and it was like she had talked the wolf up. Blood seeping out of its head, the wolf's mouth was foaming. Penny then realized that this wolf was rapid. It lunged at her half way from the cliff, and still trampled her, leaving her once again to fight off on her back. Foaming from it's mouth, Penny knew that her hands were most likely infected, as she start to feel the pain of the infection. The pain went away, as her mind was on the wolf, and survival at all cost.

She hit the wolf in the head, and got it off of her. She attempted to kick the wolf off the cliff, once again to no avail as the wolf was to big and she hadn't been able to kick with enough force. Vicious and angry, the wolf lunged on Penny once more. Knowing now that Penny wasn't going to let it bite her in the neck, it aimed for the obstacle keeping it from her neck; her arm.

Penny was fighting the wolf stopping it from lunging at her neck. She planned on fighting it to the end of the cliff and kicking it off, but things changed when the wolf backed away a bit her arm. It had her left arm in it's mouth.

"Arhhhgg! Aaarrrghh!"

Her arm was nearly detached from her body, and in immense pain, she saw an opportunity to kick the wolf off the cliff. She kicked the wolf in the body, and off the cliff it went.......with her left arm in it's mouth.

Penny now lay there, on the cliff, waiting to die an agonizing death from the loss of blood. What would she do know? Her only hope was to get rescued by someone, but she quickly passed that thought out of her head, as she knew that she was alone. On top of the cliff, she could see that she was on an island. Looking a bit further she could see what seemed to be civilization. A camp. Survivors.
