Umm hi guys, I'm not an expert but I was wondering if a chunk loader that works with realms is possible?

If you have cheats enabled just use the /tickingarea command, it'll keep chunks ticking/running at the position you select
If you are looking for an Addon...try FoxyNoTail's "Chuck Loader" addon. It worked well before an update broke it but he is pretty good at trying to update the addons when they break. You can check it out on his website.
If it works in survival, it should work in realms/a dedicated server.
