First of all place a structure block After that throw your dyed leather armor on top of the structure block. Then

Make it The size x=1 y= 1 z=1 / X=0 Y=1 Z=0 For Offset

After that Save the Structure block As The Name Test
Then do this Command. /execute at <Name> run structure load Test ~~~ -This will basically load an structure at your desired player.
