I bought a Apple to HDMI connector. Then plugged the HDMI into my capture card.

You can get emu4ios and get a screen recorder like everyone mentioned before or if you have a computer you can download Reflector on it and Airplay your device's screen to the computer, and proceed to record it with a screen recorder you have.

You could allways search the apstore for a screen recorder app, or record with a camera in a dark room
