Playstaation Version
So I got a PS2 and I'm trying to figure why the crap my Minecraft won't work on it. The box even says PS2 on it so I'm so confused help me anyone?

Just read the case it says its for PC not PS. Thanks for the help.
Still. Did you buy this in some back alley or in a random parking lot? As far as I know theres no disk version of PC Minecraft.
PC Gamer released demo copies on disks in one issue of their magazine, and you could burn the application to a disk. But Mojang has no officially released full copies on a disk, for PC.
I love the disk version of Minecraft for the PC2!

Sony has discontinued launching games onto the PS1 and PS2 man. Sony and Mojang even announced that they were going to release Minecraft onto PS3 and PS4 (rectify the PS4 if I am wrong)
Because it isn't for the Playstation 2 silly. Minecraft Playstation Edition is for the PS3 and possibly the PS4.

What kind of back alley store did you get your game, to where it says it works on the PS2?
