Alright, I'm not trying to be mean or be rude...
But your work is awful. I know this is harsh criticism, but if you want to improve on your work, you need a designer's opinion on something. Not just to the general public, because what do they know? They don't study the colors, tints, hue, and all of that stuff.
If you want to ACTUALLY IMPROVE, then post a topic on a designing forum. Not some website where there's 9 year olds on PlanetMinecraft.
And most of the text that you've done looks like it has been created on textcraft.net
