How can you take screenshot of model in a transparent background?

I'm trying to get my player model in poses as a transparent background for thumbnails, how can i save the screenshot as a transparent background without a watermark or color?

Blockbench allows you to turn off the grid and background checkerboard. You can also turn on an Ambient Occlusion shader if you want less flat shading.

are you posing the charactr in a program? what program? are you just taking screenshots?

It all depends what program your are using.
Keep in mind that .jpg file do not support an alpha channel (responsible for an transparent image) save it as an .png instead
