This is my current logo and it kinda needs an upgrade.

I am looking for a new font/text thing that says 'ICEThat'. If possible, in the background there would be a cartoony (and not anywhere near as pixelated) adaption of the neckpiece seen on my skin (http://www.planetminecraft.com/skin/ice-ninja-3414484/).
I still want an icy feel on the logo. Where possible, please stick to the light blue/dark blue/black theme. Make it cartoony where you can.
