You're trying too hard to make it look cool. Clean and Simple is always the way to go. Just remember, not too clean, and not too simple.

Yeah they look quite good, you might want to look at a few and look at the spacing. Such as your Sig. The left hand side is too low with too much white showing at the top.

Yours are pretty good! I like them, they really pop and have good layouts. It's just that some of them are grainy and hard to read, but that might have been what you are shooting for, IDEK.

Its all one thing, it doesn't show off your variety of skills. Which makes you a bad graphics designer. There all this OD'd grainy banners. Whilst some are goodish / ok by themselves as a graphics designer in all there not good.
