There are a couple of small things you might want to consider.
The lighting seems to be conflicting on the eye. From the photo the light source is to the left, but on the eye it is coming from the right.
It would look more realistic if you could add a shadow and a reflection on the desk as well.
On the eye itself, maybe use an oval tool rather then a paintbrush when doing the iris.
Just a few points to help you there, but great effort on the image and well done! Nice textures as well!

I made a delicate gradient, but its damn invisible here. You may see it when you look closer.
