Hi at all. I want to present you today a project by myself. This project is based on Vincent Callebaut's "Lilypad: A floating ecopolis for climate refugees."
I love both, his work and minecraft. Therefore, i tried to build his city design in minecraft.

Stats: diameter 600 blocks
Hight: 234 Blocks (from y 1)
Blocks build:
Total: 659 257+
Leaves: 122 274
wool (white): 129 942
glass: 56 371
sandstone: 87 910
glowstone: 23 530
ice: 23 022
Birchplanks: 130 782
Grass: 85 426
+ fences, doors, many more wools, halfsteps, trees, cleanstone, water, glass panes ......
I worken on it for 10 month so far and yet i am still not really finished. ;/ Sorry for the little screenshots but i have renderering: far but Lilypad ist too big for one shot.I build this city as an ecobuilding city map with gardens, trees, three harbours, a ship, BIG houses and many more details. At the moment i am working on the project on my little private server. I hope I can finish the project till the end of january. ;D

what hardly knows somebody, everything in Lilypad is round. and all it build from myself. Cannot use worldedit for. I would become comes saying and looks itself, but my server is whitelisted. It is to be seen close(near) substantially better, than to judge from photos. ,(

You could use structure planner. I have used it I will use it to make a blank of something I want round and then I carve and change the shape in game and in MCEdit to what I want.
IT saves allot of time when a big portion of a project is round.
