Need ideas for a new storybased adventuremap

Hello everyone,
I want to start a new Storybased adventuremap where you aren't done playing after 30mins, but i can't quite get enough ideas together to make a story or a whole map of it.
If anyone can help me brainstorm for some ideas would be awsome!
also if youwant to help me with my map with ither storytelling or mapping, I'll gladly set up a server or realm for it!

The mystery of ( I don't know ) block town or something like that with a little horror story but with no jumpscare or ghost. But the story will scare players enough.
