Hey PMC whats up. Im looking for a pretty easy plugin, though I think its simple I do understand that coding is NOT a simple thing and is far easier said than done however if someone could code this for me I would be extremely grateful:
I own a Harry Potter RPG server but I have a spell missing from the set that I cannot add. For this plugin I need this:
When holding a stick out (On the server that is a wand) when they say in chat Periculum! its shoots up a red firework 2 sec duration, feather and crackle effect. I would be highly grateful. If you have any theories or when you have completed it add me on skype:

A plugin that does that exact thing? Ive already looked. Check yourself before you make such comments.

I can probably code this. It sounds fairly simple. I'll add a permission node for it as well.
