Needing Suggestions for Next Project/Build!

Hello everyone, I feel as though it's been forever since I've been on here. Anyways, it's nice to see you all again!
I've recently come back from my personal hiatus from minecraft and I was looking for something decently small but also very nice thing to build.
Any suggestion is welcome although I'd prefer to do nothing with the subjects of "Underground, sky fortress." Just something nice and complex to build

Make a small farming village/town that have massive wheat farms stretching off the horizon.

What I am suggesting isnt very small as you would like it.
If I were you, what I would feel inclined to do is to create a city-like area or a small town based off of your builds such as this: http://www.planetminecraft.com/project/free-public-hub-use-it-for-your-server/
I would style it like Paris France in the layout, but give it parks and recreational areas such as this hub every hundred blocks or so.

Ahhh, I see, like a wide-ranged city. Adding varying buildings and such.
