Hi everyone

I'm currently making an adventure map which based around a Zombie Apocalypse

I have a repeating current which makes time freeze at night so to make sure the player is always going to be facing enemies

But I was wondering if there is a command or trick to make only one type of mob (Zombies) spawn or a command which only allows mobs to spawn from eggs so that I could have dispensers hooked up to repeating circuits?

Any help would be great

Do that mob spawning command above then create a bunch of redstone clocks joint to dispenser with zombie eggs

and you could name them to keep them from despawning or download a mod

Yeah, use /gamerule. If you do /gamerule doMobSpawning false, mobs won't spawn unless you have spawners or use eggs. Also, if you do /gamerule doDaylightCycle false, the time of day will freeze where ever it is currently set too. You can change it with commands. Hope this helped you!
