This doesnt really work out. It is all a matter of opinion, and some people could be better at medieval, while others could be better at modern. You would have to narrow it down and see the majority of those who think it is better. Nothing is "Better" as everything is an opinion. The amount of things that are truly "better" is very slim, such as a solid is better for living things to live on than a gas giant, but I guess even that could be an opinion, even though most likely living things can't even live on a gas giant...
