Clear item command

hey so I'm in the process of building a map and i was wondering if there is a command for clearing all dropped entities it would make the map better and also make redstoneing easier on me, also i dont want to have my downloaders have to download any mods thanks

You can use the /gamerule commands "doMobLoot" and "doTileDrops"
"doMobLoot" will keep the mobs from dropping items and experience.
"doTileDrops" will keep any broken blocks from dropping.
the commands will be:
/gamerule doMobLoot false
/gamerule doTileDrops false
However, there is no command to delete items dropped from a player/dispenser.

There isn't a vanilla command for it but for a server you can download a plugin called clear lag
