**HELP! Make the block below the player become dissappear**

Hey guys, I need some help !
I am creating a horror map and I need to know how to make the block below the players disappear...
Ehmmm if you guys still not undetstand what I am trying to tell... I explain more clearly...
I want to make a place that would like TNTRun ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XwukDxxhlZc )
That will make the block below the players (more than 1 player) disappear (setblock to air)
Please help guys!

If you still need help,
/give @p command_block
(Paste in CMD Block) /fill ~ ~-1 ~ ~ ~-1 ~ redstone_block
(Paste in CMD Block) /fill ~ ~1 ~ ~ ~1 ~ stone
(Paste in CMD block) /execute @a ~ ~ ~ setblock ~ ~-1 ~ air
Put Command blocks in a sideways T, and the redstone block in the center, and now, you should have blocks disappearing from under you.
/give @p command_block
(Paste in CMD Block) /fill ~ ~-1 ~ ~ ~-1 ~ redstone_block
(Paste in CMD Block) /fill ~ ~1 ~ ~ ~1 ~ stone
(Paste in CMD block) /execute @a ~ ~ ~ setblock ~ ~-1 ~ air

Also, a quick way of how to make a very simple redstone loop/clock:
[] = Redstone torch on side of block
∎ = Dirt, or any similar block
⋀ = Redstone repeater facing this direction, on 2nd setting (right click once after you place it)
↞ = Redstone dust facing this direction (Automatically aims itself)

↡ ⋀

/execute @a ~ ~ ~ /setblock ~ ~-1 ~ air -- Put this in a command block that is powered by a redstone loop. Make sure that cheats are on and that you are in creative mode.

1. Enable Cheats if it's not open to lan with cheats enabled!
2. Type "/give @p minecraft:command_block"
3. Place the command block down.
4. Look up how to use command blocks and then input the command that you want to use into the command block.
5. Press Done.
6. Place a redstone wire or whatever you want to use to send power to the command block.
7. ???
8. Profit!
