Scoreboard team teleportation not working?

Sorry if this is not the right place to post this forum, kind of new..
I'm trying to teleport a whole team to a set of coordinates. The team is a scoreboard team. I tried using /tp @a[teams=Yellow] but all I get is "Player not found" ?? I'm using 1.12.2. Anything helpful will be ver much appreciated!

I'm think it should be @a[team=Yellow], @a[team=yellow] or @a[Team=yellow] thy all of these.
and it says "player not found" so it could mean there are players set to team Yellow.
plus is that the whole command, because you need to have something to tp too.
