Summoning 1.9 mobs with potion effects
This is not a change I have been able to figure out yet, how is it done now?

The formatting is still the same, except that you can't use the ID name anymore, but the ID number. I think this is a bug.
For example, to summon a poisoned zombie, you cant use Id:"minecraft:poison," but Id:19.
